Today's Inspiration: Thy Kingdom Come
When Jesus taught His disciples the Lord's Prayer, the first three points focused on God's rule on earth, and had nothing to do with personal needs - Hallowed or holy be Thy name, Thy kingdom come, and Thy will be done.
When I pray "Thy kingdom come", I am asking God to rule and reign in the affairs of life today. Beyond that, I am asking Him to have His way in my own life personally. Jesus told us that "... the Kingdom of God is within you" (Luke 17:21). This means I must let the Sovereign Lord of the Universe reign in my own life personally.
Every child of God must make that decision to let God reign supremely in his life and be the rightful King of his heart. God never forces His will on yours nor overrules your personal will. Yes, indeed, "Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven."

A current aspiration may seem too big to take on. You may think that it is out of reach, and that even if it wasn't, it would be monumentally challenging. But that's only because you are looking at it in its entirety. The big picture is so much more overwhelming than the little pieces it is made up of. Start strategizing, Taurus. Figure out a way to focus on one small part of it at a time. If you create a series of small plans, you can fulfill a dream.
