LEDO - Live Everyday Die Once

LEDO is a journal of the "everyday of everything" in my life that is worth remembering... to remind me that each new day is a chance to explore new things, to enjoy life, and to thank God! I always believe that we live everyday and we die once...

đź’–Bible Verseđź’–
Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever. - - - Psalm 106:1, NIV
đź’–Prayerđź’–
Dear Father in heaven, whose might is over all the earth, we thank you for all the love you show us. We also thank you for everything that seems hard, but which you change into help and strength. We want to thank you in life and in death, in joy and in sorrow, for you are the great and mighty God, who calls us to life again and again, who leads us to fuller life. You have given us great love in Jesus Christ, our Savior. He shall always be before our eyes and remain in our hearts. Through him we can cry out in joy, "Abba, dear Father!" Amen. https://www.plough.com/en
Obvious choices do an excellent job of getting our attention. But they can be like that kid everyone had in their class who always put their arm up, grunting and shouting for the teacher to choose them. Less obvious choices are cleverer. They're keen to see how deeply and imaginatively we're prepared to go and be to discover them. A seemingly insignificant solution could be precisely what you need.
Daily Compatibility: Capricorn
Today is a good day to treat something that appears unappealing with an open mind. There is more to it than you realize. It offers much goodness in your world if you connect with it in your own way and time!

đź’–Bible Verseđź’–
But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship.
- - - Galatians 4:4–5, NIV
đź’–Prayerđź’–
O Lord God, we thank you for everything you allow us to see and hear. May our hearts become awake and alive through all we receive so that we await your final revelation and recognize your ultimate will for all people, for all nations and races on earth. Hear us in these days, for we know your kingdom is coming. Your kingdom is before our eyes. Your Word, your help, is coming, and in Jesus Christ light will dawn for all the world. Praise and honor to you for all you do! May we see it all before our eyes so that our expectation of the last days is a living expectation, full of joy and blessing. We want to wait in joy, in love, and in longing for the day that is coming to your glory. Amen.  https://www.plough.com/en
You may not know where the right words to express yourself come from. You might not be able to pinpoint how or why they offer comfort either, but they do. What you say to at least one person in your world could be exactly what they need to hear and for all the right reasons. Whether emotionally or professionally, the comfort and trust you bring to any discussion helps - on both sides.

Who cuts barbers' hair isn't as deep a mystery as the chicken-and-egg conundrum. But we do wonder at times who helps those who focus intently on helping others. As a Cancerian, you're somebody who constantly put others' needs before yours. Eventually, circumstances dictate when it's your turn to receive help or support, too. That's something the Full Moon in your sign shines a bright light upon.

đź’–Bible Verseđź’–
Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, because he has come to his people and redeemed them. He has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David.
- - - Luke 1:68–69, NIV
đź’–Prayerđź’–
Lord our God, dear Father in heaven, we come into your presence and ask you to show yourself to us as the true, great, and almighty God, who can shed light into our misery and change it all, letting us find reconciliation and redemption in Jesus Christ. Protect and help us with your mighty hand. Let every country and nation see your grace and see the victory over all sin and injustice. Let your justice come on earth, and let peace fill every heart and show in every life. May all that happens to us serve the good. Help us always look to you, our Lord and God, for you have power to rule everything and to turn everything to its right purpose. Amen. https://www.plough.com/en
Some traffic lights can be helpful in annoying ways. Most are set to change at consistent intervals. But, now and again, just as we've resigned ourselves to another lengthy wait, one goes suddenly from red to green, flashing urgently. Don't get too comfortable with circumstances you believe may need extra levels of patience. You could be required to spring into action sooner than you think.

People believed the invention of CDs and CD players meant vinyl records and record players were destined for demise. Yet, many people stuck to vinyl through thick and thin. There are times when we're right to accept that we know what we like and like what we know! Don't feel obliged to succumb to a wave of change now. Sticking with what feels trustworthy and comfortable could be wise.

đź’–Bible Verseđź’–
For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not die but have eternal life. - - - John 3:16, TEV
đź’–Prayerđź’–
Lord our God, our light and our life, in our longing to live by your Word we lift our eyes to you. Let your Word come into our hearts. Let your Word help us to understand our lives and our time, so that we can recognize your leading in everything and gather courage every day in spite of our weakness, sins, and faults. We can still find joy, for your kingdom is coming. We can feel that you are among us, however great the anguish of these times. Let the light of Jesus Christ shine out; let your Spirit of peace and grace come to all nations so that your will may be done. Free people from all their confusion. Release them from their bondage. Make them free for what is good, true, and eternal. May your name be praised among us today and forevermore. Amen.  https://www.plough.com/en
We know when overthinking a matter poses a problem. In the same way we can get a song stuck in our heads for what feels like an age, shaking off a recurring thought isn't always easy. But do we keep assessing and reassessing it because we hope to find a tiny crack that will provide the reassuring or helpful insight we need? That could certainly apply to you now.
Daily Compatibility: Cancer
Superficial conversation isn't always unhelpful or a waste of time. It can form the basis of something more meaningful if both sides are willing to pursue it. It's also true that brief or fleeting communication is often better than none! Even if your dialogue with someone tends to remain constantly in 'safe territory,' you could find it shifts to a more intriguing level soon.

đź’–Bible Verseđź’–
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government will be upon his shoulder, and his name will be called "Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." - - -  Isaiah 9:6, RSV
đź’–Prayerđź’–
Lord our God, you have sent light to shine on earth and have revealed your heavenly power in Jesus Christ, so that in spite of all the darkness and evil we may rejoice because we have a Savior. Reveal your power in our day. Let something be done anew toward the building of your kingdom on earth. Let something draw men's hearts to you to give them light so that they may thank and praise you for all you have done and are still doing to bring the whole world into your hands. O Lord God, let men be moved by the opening of the heavens. May their hearts awaken and their sadness give way to joy in Jesus Christ the Savior. We are your children who are allowed to wait in expectation for you to set everything right. We can know that even in our troubled times your hand is at work to reveal your will, to make your will plain to all generations on earth, as you promised through Abraham. May your name be glorified, O Lord God. May your name be honored, your kingdom come, and your will be done on earth as in heaven. Amen.  https://www.plough.com/en
Are your efforts making a difference? If your instincts tell you they are, then trust them. They're correct! The only snag might be the fact that much of the progress you make may be invisible. Whether you do something off your own back or are part of a collaborative effort, you're making a contribution and a change. Don't let a lack of immediate signs of progress deter you.
Daily Compatibility: Cancer
Even from a young age, we know the truth has a surprising tendency to emerge. Whether we like it or not, the reality of a situation is always better 'out' than 'in' or concealed. There's much truth in the saying, 'the truth will set you free.' Whether it's a secret or mystery that has been a source of stress or discomfort, what's brought into the open now or shortly is in your and others' best interests.

đź’–Bible Verseđź’–
But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord"...Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests." - - - Luke 2:10–11, 13–14, NIV
đź’–Prayerđź’–
Lord God, our Father in heaven, you have sent us the Savior, who was born to bring great joy to all people. Glorify your name, we pray. Give the world the peace you alone can give, the peace that wells up in our hearts. Let your favor rest on us so that we may hold out under our sufferings on earth. We need your loving help to remain inwardly steadfast until everyone can be reached by the message, "Be strong in the grace of Jesus Christ." Amen.
'Who says I can't?' This is a question we should ask ourselves more often. So, ask yourself that question now. A belief that something's beyond your abilities might be more habitual than factual.
Daily Compatibility: Cancer
Do you want what you haven't got? That's a vague, ambiguous question. Of course, with little effort, we can identify a long list of whatever we wish we had or had more of. But there's also truth in the saying about the benefits of having 'a small percentage of something' rather than '100% of nothing.' What you may have seen as a shortfall in the past could offer plenty of what you need in a particular way now.

đź’–Bible Verseđź’–
May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and in his grace gave us unfailing courage and a firm hope, encourage you and strengthen you to always do and say what is good. - - - 2 Thessalonians 2:16–17, TEV
đź’–Prayerđź’–
Lord our God, our Father in heaven and our Father on earth, our Lord and our Ruler, we thank you that to this very day you have guarded and guided us and delivered us from great need. We praise you with hearts full of hope as we continue on our pilgrimage. For Christmas Day is coming with its message of hope that we may somehow bring honor to you in spite of all hindrances, mistakes, and sin, in spite of all death and the horror of dying. We know that you hold us in your hands. With your help we can look ahead, and again and again we may take a small step forward and live to the praise and honor of your name. So be with us now and bless us. Amen. https://www.plough.com/en
Chaotic energy isn't always negative energy. As often as we might resent disruption, there are times when we find ourselves grateful for it. Predictability can be uninspiringly painful. If certain circumstances in your world are sent into a state of disarray briefly, then you might actually prefer that to what they were. An open mind is all that's needed.

đź’–Bible Verseđź’–
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
- - -  Philippians 4:4–7, NIV
đź’–Prayerđź’–
Dear Father in heaven, let your joy be always in us, your children. Let your joy bring light and peace to our lives, no matter what happens around us. May we serve you in joy, aware of your peace at all times, so that something of this peace may go out from us to grieving hearts and to regions of the world that are in darkness. Father in heaven, how many unhappy people look up without knowing where to find help! But you will come to them. We beseech you, come to those who mourn, and let them find joy and trust for their redemption in Jesus Christ. Amen.  https://www.plough.com/en
The question ‘where you want to be’? is vague. Does it mean physically or metaphorically? Where you want to be is something you're urged to consider. Relocating physically might not be out of the question. But that may rely on progress made with an important ambition that needs more attention.
Daily Compatibility: Cancer
Interestingly, when some people know they don't have a particular answer, they pretend they do. Some can provide what's needed but don't have faith in their ability to do so. It's the latter scenario you may need to take care with now. You might not feel confident that you can offer insight or a solution others want. But with a tiny bit more confidence, you could have a very attentive - and appreciative - audience!

đź’–Bible Verseđź’–
He received honor and glory from God the Father when the voice came to him from the Majestic Glory, saying, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased." We ourselves heard this voice that came from heaven when we were with him on the sacred mountain. - - -  2 Peter 1:17–18, NIV
đź’–Prayerđź’–
Lord Jesus Christ, to you we may lift our eyes, for you have broken free from our world of death and live in the glory of life, and you offer your life to us on earth. Let the power of your life be revealed today in us and in many others who want to celebrate Christmas. Send your Spirit to move our hearts so that we hear, see, experience, and understand what you and your gift of eternal life truly mean for us. So watch over us in these days and strengthen us in faith. Shed the light of your grace over us and within us. Protect us as your disciples. Lead us into communion with our Father in heaven and into community with you, O Jesus Christ, for all eternity. Amen. https://www.plough.com/en
If you sense something annoyingly imbalanced in your world, then don't blame unfair circumstances. Focus less on what you believe to be missing or in short supply. Focus more on where an attitude of gratitude can and should be applied. You might underestimate the power you have to turn an uninspiring scenario into something inspiring or impressive. That change rests entirely with you.
Daily Compatibility: Virgo
When all else fails, out-of-the-box thinking is worth trying. Rarely do we have anything to lose by applying a different, more imaginative, or experimental approach to what hasn't brought the desired result. In some way now, you're 'dared to be different.' An unusual approach might bring a unique and pleasing result. See what can be done about straying from a path of least resistance.

đź’–Bible Verseđź’–
This is the one about whom it is written: "I will send my messenger ahead of you, who will prepare your way before you." - - - Matthew 11:10, NIV
đź’–Prayerđź’–
Lord our God, thank you for bringing us into glorious day. Let the rays of your grace, the grace of Jesus Christ, shine into our hearts so that we are truly born of the Spirit and serve you as your children at all times, also when hard days come. Through your might and your revelation pry us loose from all earthly things. Pry us loose from worries and from pleasures. We are your children, O Lord God. We come before you, our Father in heaven, and you will accept us so that we may be a people who prepare the way for you. May all the words you speak be a blessing to us and make us joyful in expectation for the day of Jesus Christ, which has begun in power and glory and will bring power and glory when all is fulfilled according to your merciful and perfect decree. O God, your children entreat you, "Accept us. Hear us. Set the light aflame in our hearts for the coming of your great day!" Amen.  https://www.plough.com/en
Many recipes need specific ingredients. Of course, we can deviate from a strict ingredient list should we decide something might taste better. It comes down to 'personal taste.' In an area of your world, you can deviate from a 'strict list' surrounding what you should do to make something close to your heart happen. Altering - or bending - a rule or protocol to suit you might bring a more satisfying result.
Daily Compatibility: Cancer
Don't be too quick to believe that a plan or an arrangement has gone off on an unhelpful tangent. Yes, you might have to pick up certain pieces or steer what needs steering. But even if it appears to unfold or progress in a way that contradicts what you envisaged, it's likely still on course for success. So, do two things. Accept that you're not doing something wrong. Then, be patient.

đź’–Bible Verseđź’–
When the Lord brought us back to Jerusalem, it was like a dream! How we laughed, how we sang for joy! Then the other nations said about us, "The Lord did great things for them." Indeed he did great things for us; how happy we were! - - - Psalm 126:1–3, TEV
đź’–Prayerđź’–
Dear Father in heaven, we hope in you and in your promise, which we hold in our hearts as our most precious possession. Protect us when times grow hard. May your Spirit come. May your Spirit constantly reveal your Word and give your promise to the hearts of many so that they may share in the hope, the faith, and the struggle for the great day. On that day we will be allowed to rejoice, exulting with all people because your salvation comes for the whole world. Amen.  https://www.plough.com/en
Life likes to throw challenges our way. Anyone who gets to grips with that fact can be superbly placed to see challenges as opportunities. Life's tests are never 'all bad,' either. But it takes a positive and imaginative thinker to spot the benefits within them. That could be how your positivity and imagination come in handy now!
Daily Compatibility: Pisces
When someone's asked why they should be offered the role in an interview situation, the interviewer tends to want to hear less-obvious answers. They want to know the candidate has given thought to what they can do and contribute. Sometimes, the more imagination applied to this, the better. Somebody doesn't doubt your abilities. So, don't be afraid to 'talk them up.' You could stand out significantly by doing so.

đź’–Bible Verseđź’–
Praise awaits you, O God, in Zion; to you our vows will be fulfilled. O you who hear prayer, to you all men will come. - - - Psalm 65:1–2, NIV
đź’–Prayerđź’–
Lord our God, our Father, out of reverent silence comes the praise that is due to you, O God in Zion. It is right for us to praise you and to keep our promises to you. People everywhere shall come to you, for you answer prayer. Protect us your children in the task you have given us. Watch over us so that we can serve you in the right way and receive from you the gifts we need in order to go toward your kingdom and witness to your name. Help us on every step of the way. May our lives be entrusted to your hands, and may we always find our strength in you, our God and Savior. Amen. https://www.plough.com/en
You never know what can happen when you reach out to a particular person in ways you may not be used to. Whether this involves extending a proverbial olive branch or deciding to see what might happen by offering a kind gesture, circumstances can quickly transform as a result. See what happens by extending the hand of friendship - or a token of affection - now.
Daily Compatibility: Pisces
It's important that you see a particular insight or information as helpful, not confusing. It could shine a very different light on something or circumstances as you understood it or them to be. But that's what's helpful about it. Treat this as an essential final piece of a puzzle. In more than one way, that's exactly what it is. Its arrival now is unlikely to be a coincidence, either.

LEDO is a journal of the "everyday of everything" in my life that is worth remembering... to remind me that each new day is a chance to explore new things, to enjoy life, and to thank God! I always believe that we live everyday and we die once...

đź’–Bible Verseđź’–
For it was life which appeared before us: we saw it, we are eyewitnesses of it, and are now writing to you about it. It was the very life of all ages, the life that has always existed with the Father, which actually became visible in person to us mortal men.
- - - 1 John 1:2, Phillips
đź’–Prayerđź’–
Lord our God, we thank you that you have given us the light of life, that we can now learn how to live, and that through your great grace we may understand life in direct relationship with the Lord Jesus, who was crucified and who rose from the dead. Grant that the power of Christ may be made visible in us. Grant that his life may become our life, that we may leave behind all doubts and anxiety, even though we are often surrounded by darkness and night. Keep us in your Word. Let your will hold sway over all the world, for your will must be done in heaven, on earth, and down to the lowest depths. Let your will be done on earth as in all the heavens. Amen.  https://www.plough.com/en
An issue might exist regarding a need to adhere to someone's beliefs or principles. Knowing your place might mean accepting their idea about what you should be doing as superior to your own. But is their opinion or plan as foolproof as they think it is? Let their ego die down and stick with what you know to be the right approach. What suits you will suit them eventually.
Daily Compatibility: Virgo
Think of the countless demands made on our belief systems. Politicians want us to believe what they say. People in positions of authority want an easier life by convincing us that their ideas are best. But we always choose what we accept and refuse to believe. Try not to lose sight of your ability to do that now. Not everything you're told is similar to what emerges from the backside of a bull. But a lot will be.

đź’–Bible Verseđź’–
The Sovereign Lord has given me a well-instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being instructed. - - - Isaiah 50:4, NIV
đź’–Prayerđź’–
Lord our God, we thank you for giving us the task of serving you in the name of your servant, Jesus Christ, for letting each of us have a part in carrying out your will. Keep us true to this service. We want to be faithful, always listening to you, for you open our ears and help us know your will and respond to it. Be with us in these days. Strengthen your love and compassion in all hearts. May the life of Jesus Christ gain greater and greater power in all people on earth. Amen.  https://www.plough.com/en
You may have had countless ideas during recent years to broaden your mind and expand your mental and physical frontiers. You may have felt that every time you took an adventurous step, you were reminded why it couldn't be taken. You've probably grown used to toning down your sense of adventure. From today, the hampering influence experienced for the past three years is removed!
Daily Compatibility: Pisces
Since December 2017, Saturn has likely played a part in you seeing friends and acquaintances leave your life. Superficial or phony relationships have been identified and removed. You've gained a clearer idea about meaningful friendships and connections. Chances are, some can be integral to getting at least one cherished dream underway. Be selective about who can accompany you on a new, ambitious journey.
