Dr. Peter J. D’Adamo started a health revolution in 1996 through the publication of his book, Eat Right 4 Your Type: The Individualized Diet Solution. The Blood Type Diets is a way of eating and living according to your specific blood type. Following decades of research and clinical work, Dr. D’Adamo determined that some foods are either good or bad to a certain blood type. He asserts that we cannot choose the right diet than we can choose our hair color or gender; it was already chosen for us many thousand years ago.

A New York Times Best-Seller, Eat Right 4 Your Type continues to be a best selling book both in hard and soft publications. This book states that: "YOUR BLOOD TYPE IS THE KEY THAT UNLOCKS THE DOOR to the mysteries of health, disease, longevity, physical vitality, and emotional strength. Your blood type determines your susceptibility to illness, which foods you should eat, and how you should exercise. It is a factor in your energy levels, in the efficiency with which you “burn” calories, in your emotional response to stress, and perhaps even in your personality."
Although the book discusses many informative topics, I will be concentrating my posts regarding the Blood Types Diets. I am interested to eat according to my blood type. I will be starting with Type AB since I belong to this type.
The food are presented into 3 categories: Highly Beneficial (acts as MEDICINES), Neutral (acts as FOOD), and Avoid (acts as POISON).
