The interesting thing about some experts - and I stress the word some – is, they share wisdom calmly and confidently. They don't present us with an avalanche of facts intended to prove how superior they are. Of course, some do. But when a person is genuinely knowledgeable about something, they tend to leave a few gaps that encourage questions. Someone who fits that bill could be your most reliable source of information, rather than someone who likes the sound of their own voice.
