This is a time to review your mental checklist of all that you believe to be essential. When we do this, the process isn't as straightforward as we wish it were. Creating clean breaks with items or memories of sentimental value isn't easy when we discover how connected one is to another. But you're helped to identify what is unnecessary, irrelevant or superfluous now. Once you understand how all three apply to whatever you need to let go of, you'll find the releasing process so much easier.
