When we believe we're right and others are wrong, we can be seen as stubborn or unhelpful. We can even be seen as conceited or arrogant. But when we're dealing with individuals who seem to think they know what's best for us or have all the answers about something we should do, then who is conceited or arrogant? You may have had enough of others' words and want to see some action. That's the first step to making clear that you know what's best for you.
