Needles
Day 21 of 2016Needles
I went to see my Doctor today; not for medical consultation, but for acupuncture. I've been undertaking the same for quite some time now. I was referred to him by my UP Professor and mentor.
Previously, I was adamant in seeing an Acupuncturist or shall I say "AFRAID". Just imagining the needles puncturing through my skin, I can't even brought myself thinking about it.
But current events and trends, made me change my mind. Most of the Acupuncturists today are also Medical Doctors. Mine is an Oncologist. And acupuncture is now seen as a complementary medicine, most hospitals offering acupuncture services.
Anyway, I got 23 needles today! And went home feeling well!
