"The List" #3 - Thirty Crazy Things I Would Love To Do"

This list is one of the lists I'd started compiling when I was still in senior high school.  The first one is a list of "Places I Would Like To See", the second ''Things I Would Like To Do', and the third "Crazy Things I Would Love To Do". As I grew-up, I added ''to do'" and "to see" items in my lists.  Nowadays, the list is called "bucket list". I still insist of calling it "the list"...
Today, as I browse through my list, I can easily get a glimpse of the state of my mind and feelings as I added items to my list.  I was so romantic and idealistic when I was in high school, daring in college, tamed in my early years of working and growing a family, and now, more romantic and daring again...
Senior High School 
1. Ask a stranger to go on a date!
2. Kiss someone I've just met on a date without revealing my real identity!
3. Talk to Jose Rizal in a ‘Spirit of the Glass’ session and ask him if he fathered a child!
4. Skip a class and invite my crush to see a movie!
5. Get stranded in a remote island with my crush!
College 
6. Go to a disco club alone and act as if I know everybody!
7. Get tipsy with good company and attend class while feeling tipsy!
8. Write a poem for my crush and read it aloud in front of the class!
9. Collect bits and pieces of my special one!
10. Fly a jet fighter!
11. Skinny-dipping at midnight in the South of France!
12. Sleep on a forest floor with all the wild animals around!
13. Fly over an active volcano!
14. Snake tattoo on my nape!
15. Fall in love deeply --- helplessly and unconditionally!
16. Court a guy I like!
17. Write my love story and send it to television/radio program!
18. Seduce my special friend and eventually dump him once he has fallen!
19. Drive a high speed car for fun!
Early Working Days 
20. Form an all female rock band, play the drums, and do a concert!
21. Volunteer as a firefighter in a day and to make sure that we have a fire incident to respond to, I will burn a house or a building to the ground!
22. Fly a bush plane into deeper Africa and walk/run with the wilds!
23. Join a freestyle motorcross!
24. Cruise around the seas without any destination!
Few years back and present
25. Cliff Diving in an Open Ocean!
26. Sleep under the moon and stars with the beach sand as my bed; and do star and sky gazing!
27. Do Nothing, Allowing CHANCE to RULE my Life!
28. Make fun of myself by acting foolish!
29. Backpacking around the world, randomly selecting destination regardless of the means of transportation, stay in a place I liked as long as I can stay, and write a book about it!
30. Splurge on a date with my special someone by spending my one year income in just one day (just the two of us and no buying anything tangible)!

#30 Crazy Things I Would Love To Do 

“SPLURGE ON A DATE WITH MY SPECIAL SOMEONE BY SPENDING MY ONE YEAR INCOME IN JUST ONE DAY (JUST THE TWO OF US AND NO BUYING ANYTHING TANGIBLE)!”

For my #30 and final crazy thing, I intended to get ideas from Guess-ters. As of today, I don't have any idea on how to accomplish this crazy idea. Sadly, out of the more than 200 guesses, I was able to get only few ideas:

• Different meals in 3 different countries/continent! 
•  Shopping from one country to another in just one day!
• Travel in 3 different countries! 
• Travel light and design a triathlon event in 3 different countries (one event per country). 1st event: 1km swimming in a caribbean country (us/british virgin island / bermuda triangle, or bahamas). 2nd: 1km cycling using only a foldable bike or a BMX in a dessert (try if you can). 3rd: 5km vertical run in one of the tallest buildings in the world ( Burj Khalifa in Dubai or in Shanghai World Financial Center, China)!

For the #s 28 and 29, some of the ideas to accomplish these crazy things were generated from the guesses provided in my Facebook and dSampayan blog.

#28 “MAKE FUN OF MYSELF BY ACTING FOOLISH!”

 My Ideas
Wear outlandish, sexiest, and daring attire with high heels, then direct the traffic in a heavy and busy intersection!
Sing karaoke in a plane travel while the passengers are taking meals.
Have a date with my persistent suitor in a posh restaurant, then order a diet water and while the waiter is explaining that they don’t have diet water, stand-up and walk towards the door while shouting “what kind of restaurant is this? They don’t even have a diet water”!
Attend a church wedding of a couple I didn’t even know, wearing all blacks complete with accessories, and when the time that the Priest will ask if there is anyone who will stop the wedding; stand-up and shout “stop the wedding” while running towards the door.
In a product presentation, ask the one presenting of what’s the added value of their product/service to the company. As he/she starts to explain, talk on the phone while simultaneously typing on my computer. After 5 minutes, ask him/her the same question.
Begin all my sentences “in accordance with the prophecy”!

The Tale of the Guesses of the "Crazy Things"

"From Ignoramus to Curiousmus"

My #6 crazy thought at that time was to "go to a disco club alone and acts as if I know everybody"! 

In my hometown, and I believed this was also true during that time in all the provinces in the Philippines, it was not normal for a girl to go to public places alone... one must always have a company. 

I was then in my first year in college.  I was new to city life since I came from the province  and barely knew anyone.  I was mesmerized by the glitz of the modern ways of doing things in the city.  Unlike in the province wherein we were all shy, conservative, and reserved; city people are all open, free, and modern! Someone even called me 'ignorant'! I don't regret being called as such, since I am naturally ignorant of city life.

I lived in Ermita, Manila during my college days wherein most of the night clubs and disco houses were located nearby. I was attracted to these places since they represent enjoyment, liveliness, and openness.  I observed that girls in group often visited the disco houses. I haven't inside a disco house during my whole life. In my curiosity, I entertained the idea of going inside a disco house and pretends that I know each and everyone.  I imagined myself dancing alone or with anyone, going around and hopping from table to table as if I know every single person in that disco club.
