Anyone who has tried to kick a bad habit knows how difficult it can be. Even when we know something is bad or harmful, we still struggle to free ourselves from it instantly. Sure, an increase in willpower speeds the process up considerably. But willpower can be less accessible than we wish it were sometimes. If you're aware of a routine or habit that is hampering or harmful, then the universe is at hand to provide the willpower you need to banish it.
