When duty calls, we answer.
There are times that when it is required, we come home to the office very early, or go home very late or at times not go home at all.
My story is another one of the many horror stories, we, or in this case I, have experienced in the office.
It was what seemed like another ordinary office day.  I came to the office early and saw one of my officemates by the lobby before I went up to the office.  I usually rode my bike to work and that goes for that same day.
Before carrying my bicycle up to the stairs, I greeted this male co-worker that I saw.  To my dismay, he just went on his way as if not hearing or minding me.  I just thought to myself that perhaps he did not really hear my greetings.
I went on with my day as if nothing unusual happened but to my surprise, when someone came looking for the male officemate that I saw that early morning did I realize that he was absent for the entire day.
I was kind of disturbed but I just chose to keep it to myself up until this writing…  Impossible but it happened to me!
