This is a common question being asked to a person who is very persistent and tenacious in asking questions. They usually keep on repeatedly asking the same query over a period of time.
My Smart Answer
Siguro dahil sa ang pagiging makulit ang nakikita nilang kalutasan sa kanilang katanungan. Pag paulit ulit silang magtatanong tungkol sa iisang bagay, naniniwala silang makukuha nila ang gustong kasagutan
They are persistent and tenacious because they thought that’s the only way to get favorable.

being persistent or inquisitive is a common trait among us.. from time to time we become tenacious over on certain subject that we want to get a direct answer...this trait sometimes can make us more knowledgeable because our questions are being answered..
May mag bagay nakailangang ulit-ilitin ang pag tatanong para maging maliwanag sa nag tatanong ang tamang kasagutan..
For me, it is better to ask over and over again to avoid making careless mistakes
e ganun yata talaga. dalawang beses iniri kung baga!
may time naman na gusto lang patunayan at maliwanagan kaya paulit-ulit na kinukulit.
