It was a Monday night as I am packing my things for the recent annual planning event of my office, my nephew was running as wild as usual as he often tried to get my attention. I did play with him as I tried to chase him pretending that I am some kind of a monster. He laughed very loudly and has been screaming “Tito Utot” (Uncle Fart). Everything seemed normal until I wore my mask (for motorcycle rides) with a skull design on it. He just then looked at me with blank face. He did not seem scared but he kept looking at me silently. Then did I noticed something indifferent on him as he tried to hold my hand as if he wanted me to follow him.
As we walked to their room, he looked at me and he began pointing his finger on the corner of their room. Then he strangely whispered to me saying, “Tito MUMU (ghost)”. After hearing this, I immediately felt my shoulders got cold and I knew there was something there that was staring at us. I quickly grasped his hand and lead him to the living room and told his mother about the incident. She hugged her son and closed the room’s door after that. They spend the night on my sister’s room.
As the morning came the next day, my Ate together with my Sister-in-Law told me that they offered a prayer and is planning to coordinate with someone from the Church to have their room or better yet our whole house blessed.
Impossible but it happened to me! And I do pray that it will never happened again…

many kids also experienced same thing with your nephew.. i think bad spirits used kids as medium for their manifestation that they do exist in this world.. that's why parents put something "pangontra" in their kids' body or clothes to drive away bad spirits.
also, it's good to have blessed water in our house for protection and of course dont forget to pray.
I think this incident should not be ignored. As the kid describes it as "mumu" is seriously scary. The kid knows how to differentiate it from an angel. Through prayers, I know this will never get worse. #KeepWriting
almost the same thing happened during the youngster years of my kids, it really felt so scary and alarming, and as parents you don't know what to do to drive them away of your house if there really was...but still the strong faith in God leads the way...

Twist Story: "Mumu in our house"
With a two year old, expressive and talkative toddler, I pay close attention to what she does and says. They are at this stage very curious and imaginative. And it is indeed quite a combination! I remember this instance when I guess I payed too much attention to what she just said.
