My ‘Out-of-this-World’ Experience - Season 2

Kids Don't Lie, Do They?

Children are mostly known to have interactions with their “imaginary friends”.  Playing alone gives them the idea to create unreal playmates.  Playmates whom they talk to about a game, an imaginary friend who can fly, live on the moon, becomes invisible, an alien, a reptile, and even discussing dramas on real objects like stuffed toys, imaginings like such.  What if it is more than just an imagination?  What if these toys really are responding?  What if there were actually someone or something existing that we, adults, do not see?
Imaginary companions created by a child were said to be normal.  The talking to and the playing with imaginary friends are some of the natural ways’ kids do to have fun.  But I was caught up with this story of my Mom about me talking to a suspicious little unknown.
We were before living in Cavite.  I was just 3 or 4 years old that time (my Mom was unsure).  Playing at my friend's house nearby ours as my Mom has said, I was taught and cautious as to not to talk with strangers.  And so, I did. That day, I wasn't done playing with my friends when I rushed back home to tell her that there was an unfamiliar, little kid that wants to play with me.  Usual, but what my mom got rattled about was my description on what that “little kid’s” height was.  My hand almost in level of my knees.  I was 3 or 4 years old that time, and maybe I was just less than 39cm high.
After that incident, my Mom did not allow me to play on that place anymore. Was that the so called “imaginary friend”? It is Impossible but it happened to me!
