Stairway to Darkness

It’s a sunny day in our school when we had our annual sportsfest. That sportsfest was a week-long event. Besides the sports events, the different clubs/organizations have had their various booths set-up around school. While some students watch the sports events happening in the school covered court, some students went and busied themselves with the booths.
There is one booth named “Movie Booth”. This booth was such a blockbuster because it is always full despite the location of the said booth is far from the school covered court and that of the other booths. It was located on the upper floor of the school church. I remember they collected an entrance fee of ten (10) pesos per movie. The exact location of the booth was behind the stairway that goes all the way up to the fourth floor of the church. And ironically, they played horror films more frequently rather than another genre.
Whenever I see that stairway, I really get these weird goosebumps and as if all my bodily hair is raising because it always was dark and gave out an over-all scary feel. There have also been rumors or more or less scary stories about that stairway and hallway roaming around school. My friends went to that booth first to watch the movie entitled “The Ring”. When I went inside to follow them, some students were sitting on the chairs, some were on the floor. I sat on the floor with them because the room was already full.
After the thrilling movie, we went back to the covered court to watch the game of our team. I could no longer recall whether it was a basketball game or a volleyball. But there was this one thing I can never forget… While we were casually talking while walking the hallway towards the staircase, I saw what seemed to be someone or something on top of the stairway. It was more like a dark figure. When I told my friends about it, they got really scared and so we all ran. My friends told me that the floor (where the booth was located) as well as the stairway was said to be haunted based on the stories of the higher years. It is said that students, now including myself, have seen unusual sightings in the said building.
It is Impossible but it happened to me!
