Being a public servant requires a lot of
work. Intense reading, a lot of field works and tons of meetings. In turn, we
must still strive to be better looking when in front of our constituents. This
is how a public servant from San Simon, Pampanga was able to be where she is
now. Passion to serve, Determination to learn and Eagerness to be the better
version of you. So how her bag compliments her idea of #HappytoServe! The contents of her bag includes:
1. Copy of The Local government code of the Philippines, 2. Passbook, 3. Powerbank, 4. Car keys, 5. Shades, 6. Card holder, 7. PCL i.d., 8. Wallet, 9. House keys,10. Perfume, 11. Alcohol, 12. Cellphone, and 13. Make up kit
She always have the following items in her bag making her always prepared to whatever happens. She has been a Trainor for DRRM and that the Contents of her bag shows that she is always ready:
travel bag. . .book. . .diary. . .cash. . .ID. . .inflatable pillow. . .camera phone. . .charger & powerbank. . . cooling towel. . .nuts. . .powerbar. . .first aid kit. . . personal meds. . . toiletries... water bottle
Ever imagine what a bag of a model looks like? Will it be more of a kikoy/kikay kit? For Wize Estabillo, a certified model and flight attendant, he doesn’t mind at all. He goes with the flow. And the only thing that will make him fresh, is just a bottle of baby powder. His bag contains:
1. Charger
2. Powerbank
3. Perfume
4. Alcohol
5. Notebook, pen and highlighter
6. His shades

With that, he is ready to strike a pose.
A bag that will remind us how simple life is when we were once a child as compared to the life we have when adulthood hits us. Most of its contents will simply put us to the bliss of being a child.
Crayons that will let us color everything to our likes. We color a picture of a dog to purple or a cat to green. But still it is beautiful to our very own eyes. Compare to the life we have now as an adult where we are restricted to the rules being implemented or where dogs should be only white, black, brown or gray. We restrict ourselves only to the reality we perceived, repressing the colorful imagination we once have.
Tasty sweets for snacks are every toddler needs for their school time. A snack that is even full of artificial sweeteners will satisfy their guts. And there comes adulthood, we tend to be satisfied to the artificial sweetness of life being given to us briefly.
Writing pad, where it is already a difficult task for a child to write their full name and it is already a triumph when they are able to fill a piece of writing pad full of their name. But then adulthood will make us realize that triumph is a thing you will work out for the rest of your life. But then childhood is just a part of our ever-changing life and it has given us lessons that life is not pure joy and it has prepared us for it. That life will give us shits we can go through. Childhood has prepared us that we cannot always wear a diaper, that we can’t always rely to something to protect our shit from falling apart. We need to anticipate the impending problem and be prepared for it.
Textbooks that teaches us that life is a continuous journey of education and all we can do is to never stop yourself from learning things.
And lastly a pencil, that life is a matter of trial and error with limitation. You can always undo the things you have wrongly done. You can always erase what you have written but it always comes with limitations, so as the eraser at the end of every pencil. You can make mistakes at the first place and redo it but the chances will not be endless. You must learn from the mistakes and try to never do it again.
I may call this bag whatever I want it to be. But then I want it to be as simple as it is. Shall we call this the pink bag just like how is it for a child’s eyes?
