We are all familiar with the western term "Bucket List". This Blog will take this "Bucket List" to a different level, the Pinoy style aptly called the "BAKIT" List. This "BAKIT" List is a compilation of everyday questions that seemingly challenge our sanity. Filipinos love to play with words, it’s part of our lives.

What makes me fat?/Why am i getting fatter?
Brief Description
Ito ay ang tanong na laging sumasagi sa atin at ating nasasambit habang may nginunguyang chips dahil sa ating stress eating disorder o kaya nagpupunas ng tissue ng luha sabay ng pagpunas ng ketchup sa labi dahil sa nginangata nating pizza!
This is a question that most people ask themselves while they munch chips because of stress eating disorder or while wiping their tears while also wiping the ketchup stucked in their lips after eating pizza!
My Smart Answer
Habang tumatanda tayo, mas bumabagal ang metabolism natin at mas umuunti ang oras natin sa ating sarili dahil sa mga dapat iprayoridad sa buhay na nalilimutan nating gumalaw galaw. Idagdag pa ang Friday Madness after work kung saan makakapiling natin ang minamahal nating Red Horse. Pero Higit sa Lahat, nagiging mataba tayo dahil as we mature, natutunan natin maging isang malaking teddy bear para sa mga taong importante sa atin.
While we are getting old, our metabolism rate is getting slower and we often gave no time to conduct exercise or other physical means to lose body fats because we are flooded with different activities that we identified to have more importance as we age. We think that having a time to hit the gym is a luxury. In addition, friday nights for grown ups which is a way to escape work stress needs a few bottle of extra cold beer to lighten up the night makes your diet plan worse. However, if you explain it in a lighter way, most of us are fat because as we grow old, there are people who are transforming themselves into a giant teddy bear for their loveones to cuddle.
