You are not being unreasonable, Taurus, although someone may be making that accusation against you. You are not being unfair. You are not being selfish, or childish, or greedy. You deserve a break, and you have every right - and every responsibility to yourself - to request a break. Someone may be trying to make you feel bad about wanting some time to yourself, but don't fall for it. Pushing yourself to the extreme isn't good for your well-being. Not taking a break would be unreasonable.
