If someone wanted to lose weight, there are myriad diets to choose from. For example, there's the watermelon diet - but if you don't like watermelon that one won't work for you. And then there's the high-protein diet, but if you aren't a meat-eater, then you won't be choosing that one. No worries though, because there are so many to choose from. The point is, it's the one that works well for you that's the right one. You may be looking for a way to resolve something now, but you can't just pick a pre-packaged solution. You need to "design" a solution for yourself.
