On the outside, Taurus, you may appear serene and unflappable. However, under that cool exterior there may be a lot of stress and anxiety right now. You don't want anyone else to know that you are simmering beneath the surface because you want to remain in control and unreadable. If you don't release some of the tension, though, you may not be able to complete an important assignment, which may be your entire reason for trying to appear so composed in the first place. Find some way to let it all out - by confiding in someone you trust, or through meditation if that works for you - before an important event takes place.
