An authority figure at work may not show their appreciation for you very often. Even though your work is stellar, you are reliable, you get along well with others, and you are an asset to the workforce, this person doesn't seem to see your value. That may just be an illusion though, Taurus. It may be that this person just isn't very demonstrative, or is going through something and is distracted at this time.
