A sense of restlessness that takes over your thoughts today may indicate your need for mental stimulation. This would be a great time to engage in learning something you have been curious about, or joining a discussion group that could allow you to think and debate. You could gain this kind of stimulation and release by enrolling in a class that covers a topic you find interesting, by joining a book club, or doing anything that engages you mentally. This is a great time to learn and expand your horizons.
