Food Delights in Between Everything -Pastor's Gastro Pub

This blog is not intended to provide a critique about the restaurants, service or the food. I just want to write about my dining experiences in tasting the food and drinks offered in the restaurants I visited.

In places I visited and ate, from among the food and drinks that I tasted, those that captured my special attention and discerning taste will be featured in this blog. At the same time, I also rated my culinary experience as to my 'degree of enjoyment'.
This blog is a continuation of my postings in my Facebook album entitled "Food Delights in Between Everything"!

The Verdict (in addition to the ratings of selected food according to my 'degree of enjoyment' as presented above.)
Pastor’s  is a swanky Spanish Restaurant located at the end of the row of seafood (“palengke and paluto” or “market and cook”) restaurants on Macapagal Boulevard ----- across PNB (Philippine National Bank) Building, a stones throw-away from the GSIS and Senate. This is not a usual restaurant that we see in malls or along the roads, which we came familiar with while shopping, strolling or travelling. Pastor’s Gastro Pub is a DESTINATION restaurant ….. You go there purposely because you want to eat!
Its façade is contemporary, simple but elegant.  Inside, the feel is warm and welcoming.  The kitchen is the center of the main dining area where you are treated to a full view of your food being prepared and cook.
The range of choices in the menu is varied and interesting, and I would definitely visit again to try the other dishes.
