Today's Inspiration: Praying When Life Unravels
Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.....
Mark 11:24
How do you pray when your world is falling apart? Do you stop praying and conclude that God has ignored you? Many people give-up on God because they prayed for something and it didn't happen.
In his book "Too Busy Not to Pray", Bill Hybels explains why some prayers are unanswered. He says, "If the request is wrong, God says, "No". If the timing is wrong, God says, "Slow". If you are wrong, God says, "Grow", but if the request is right, the timing is right and you are right, God says, "Go!""
Simply put, God answers us in four ways:
- Some answers are direct. We ask and immediately receive what we've asked for.
- Some answers are delayed. God answers us on His timetable, not ours.
- Some answers are disguised. We ask for something and later we recognize that God answered differently from our request - but His answer was much better.
- Some answers are denied. God loves you too much to give you everything you ask for. Father does know best, and you can trust God for the best in your life.

Today's Stars
Pay attention to the minor details of a current endeavor, Taurus, if you really want to stay on top of it. You may be concentrating on some of the bigger-picture points, but as you do you may miss seeing something seemingly small turn into a really big problem. That isn't to say that you should pay attention to everything - of course you should. But don't underestimate some of the more trivial stuff that you may be tempted to overlook. Stay in control of the small stuff, and you'll create a success.
