Today's Inspiration: According to Your Faith

"What do you want me to do for you.?" "Lord, I want to see," he replied...   Luke 18:41

As Jesus was leaving Jericho, on His way to Jerusalem,  He encountered two blind men. The blind men had heard that He could heal the sick and deformed. They cried out to Jesus: "Have mercy on us, Son of David!" When Jesus heard this, He stopped. "Do you believe that I am able to this?Jesus asked them, and they replied, "Yes, Lord." According to Matthew, who was an eyewitness, Jesus touched them and said, "According to your faith will it be done to you!"
So often, Jesus did things that were the opposite of human logic. The Jews placed a premium on action, but Jesus required faith. Look again at the question that Jesus asks: "Do you believe that I am able to do this? What's your answer? Faith is simply believing what the Word says. It doesn't attempt to understand How God does it. It just believes that God is powerful and that He will honor the promises He has made.
