The Enchanting Silence is composed of 8 places on earth where I can void my mind of all thoughts, just concentrating on feeling, seeing and hearing the immensity of nature in a single moment….. an ABSOLUTE BLISS! My heart, my mind, my spirit, and my soul are all in harmony…… feels like soaring to heaven!

Skydiving in Taupo and Conquering Mt. Doom

Skydiving is one passion that had been with me since I was a child. All along, I thought I could fly. I didn’t even know by then that there are sports that make you feel really flying. I had been into paragliding, parasailing, cliff diving, bungee jumping, sky walking, etc. The only thing left for me to try my flying skills is skydiving.

 

Most people see skydiving as a mixed feeling of anxiety, fear, lunacy and craziness. As for me, I perceive it as an adventure in its purest form ….. an ultimate test for my hunger of craziness. It is an intense excitement provoking me to believe that I can conquer the world; forgetting the real world, defying gravity, looking down the tiny creatures of the Earth, and riding a chariot shooting from the sky (acting like Athena, the Goddess of War).

Taupo in New Zealand is the skydiving capital of the world. Its scenic view offers an opportunity to commune with nature using simultaneously our five senses (colors, sounds, tastes, feelings, smells) and 6^th sense (imagination). Mount Doom, the fictional volcano in the Lord of the Rings is just a finger- tip away. It is, however, a real active volcano called Mount Ngauruhoe.

By the powers vested in me, I will help Frodo Braggins in his quest to destroy the Ring by skydiving into the heart of the black land of Mordor and Barad-dûr. In order to save the Earth, I should do it now. Otherwise, the world would perish.
