Series 15: "The List" #3 - Thirty Crazy Things I Would Love To Do

My #16 and #17 crazy ideas were offshoots of my actions in 8, 9 and 15. In 8 and 9, I followed my goal of studying hard with no disruptions from whatever form. I changed course in order to evade falling in love with my special friend. In my intention of getting higher grades to maintain my scholarship and finally able to graduate, I concentrated all my efforts with my studies. I antagonized and scared every man that would try to get closer to me. I became annoying and almost a man hater. This happened for almost three years.

In #15, I was ready for a new relationship. With just few months away from graduation, I was sure that I would complete my college education. I started to make “pa-cute” with the boys with the intention of getting their attention. Actually, my ultimate aim was to get back to my special friend in #8. After I changed course in #8, we remained friends, but not as close as the way we were. We saw each other occasionally only.

In my strong desire to get the attention of my special friend, I contemplated of courting him just like a man would woo a woman to win her love. As a start, I planned to send him love letters, followed by flowers and chocolates. I would also try to see him more often, invite him to see movies, and attend mass together.

At the same time, I considered writing my love story highlighting my desires and intentions to get back my special friend into my world. Furthermore,  I planned to send it to a radio or television program. And I would make it sure that we would watch or listen to it together. 

However, my being a conservative coupled by my upbringing as a catholic prevailed. As such, my plans did not materialized. What happened now with my love story? Expect more surprises in my next issue of my crazy thing I would love to do.
